Odoo Business Analyst

--Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka, Bangladesh--

As an Odoo Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technology by designing and implementing customized Odoo ERP solutions. Your core responsibilities include conducting in-depth business requirement assessments, configuring the Odoo platform to precisely match organizational workflows, and ensuring smooth system integration. You will work closely with key stakeholders to translate complex business processes into effective software configurations, facilitate user adoption through comprehensive training, and provide continuous support to optimize the ERP system's performance and alignment with strategic business objectives. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze current business workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose Odoo-based solutions to optimize and automate business processes.
  • Configure Odoo modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) to meet specific business needs.
  • Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards using Odoo's functional tools.
  • Work with technical teams for any required custom development or integrations.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues and resolve user queries.
  • Create user manuals and documentation for internal reference.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.
  • Stay updated on Odoo's latest features, modules, and industry trends.
  • Suggest system upgrades or adoption of new modules to enhance business performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the system's performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Generate reports to support business decision-making and performance tracking.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Odoo certification (Good to have)
  • Project Management Certification (Good to have)

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Odoo functional consulting, implementation, or ERP project management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and their functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Odoo Studio is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English.
